Hey, I'm not quite sure if this ist correct. For me the sentence structure sounds too German....but I'm not sure

"If you are a shy person you will find it hard to adapt...."

My problem is the "you will find it hard" part. Can you write it like that or would be sth. like "it will be hard for your..." fit better?
