Could we use both still and yet together like the sentence below I have come across or this is wrong sentence ?If it still not out yet then check it out.

You seem to have copied it wrong. There is no main verb, and it does not make sense to me because I don't see how you can check something out if it is not out. But to answer your question, it is not good formal writing, and it is best avoided because it sounds kind of stupid, but you see "still" and "yet" used together like that informally all the time.

Yes, and as in your sentence, there is almost always a negation (e.g., 'not') involved. That combination is neither very common nor very rare. (Your example sentence doesn't make a lot of sense, however. Take a look at these better examples below. They are based on examples found online.)

I've been asking about it for days, but I still don't know anything yet.
Most of what there is to know is still not yet known to the public.
We still do not yet have a vaccine against this dangerous disease.
We're still not where we need to be yet, but we're making progress.
Adalbert became the Bishop of Prague when he was still not yet thirty years old.
The price is still not available yet, but we should know it within the current month.
Because of the recent snow storm, the road to the lake is still not open yet.
