In a bar, is it correct to ask the staff, 'What type of drinks do you have?' What are the common or standard ways of asking?

' What are the common or standard ways of asking? ' But really it's not a natural question. In a bar, we sort of assume that they have everything (except for beer, see below).

It's correct grammar,although perhaps a more likely form would be 'What drinks do you have?'
