#1 . I am going out with my friend tomorrow.

#2. I am going to go out with my friend tomorrow.

#3. I will go out with my friend tomorrow.

#4.. I will be going out with my frined tomorrow,.

I believe #1and 3 almost means same. right?
#2 express the speaker's plan is planed and arranged,
oh, I amn't on the exact meanings of each sentences.??

Are they all grammatical expressions or used well or casually?
I have known their meanings but not enough, so I need your polite, strong explanations,
If you'd show the particular situation or dialog for better understanding.

Your belief is correct. In natural conversational English, the present -future ( I am going to ) is the most common. If you are having a drink or a cup of coffee with a friend, chatting about life in general, this will be a perfect setting to say " guess where I am going in two weeks; I am going to the Caribbean on The Oasis with my boyfriend!" ( This has a equivalent meaning of " will be going (as # 4 in your example), and it is perfectly interchangeable in this context.

# 2 is too wordy and clumsy, but grammatically correct.
# 3 - Semantically, " I will ...." has a stronger sense of conviction. It is correct in your context, but just a bit over the top in my opinion. It will depend on situations, like the example below is fine:

It is the 5^th of the month and you haven't paid the rent. Your property manager called to warn you of the possibility of eviction if he doesn't receive the rent payment in 72 hours. You then need to say " I will personally deliver the rent to your office by 5 pm tomorrow, promised! "
