I wrote my cover letter to try an internship at UNHCR and I need some help to check them.

Dear Sir/ Madam
I'm writing this letter because I'm searching for an internship at UNHCR. After a short
conversation with a person who works at UNHCR and looking at the website I was impressed with the work that have been done by UN organization- specially knowing that Malaysia doesn't have a
legislation for the refugees.
I've recently worked four and a half years in London in the catery industry, which improved my
interpersonal skills. I have an outgoing personality with strong analytical thinking, creative
problem solving and ability to work in diverse environments and with diverse groups. Previously,
I did researched in a historic project linked with my University while I was completing my history
degree.
I'm particularly interested in working for UNHCR because I wish to have a pratical experience of
dealing with refugees problems. I'm willing to learn more about international development, global
mobility, adaptability to varied environments, and the process to find outsolutions for them. I
believe that it can be only truely understood by working with them, following UN's knowledge and
efforts to deal with it.
In addition, participate in a world recognized organization that have been working for decades on
major problems that affects all of us is a dream. I can contribute in many productive
ways, and I'm looking forward to have this meaningful and challenging experience.
