Would you help me say the following in a better way?Thank you for your help

Hope your day is going well. I have checked my calendar and will not be able to meet on the 16th. Can we meet on the 15 instead? I will have to drive out to Fayett County with my team for the project on the 16. Also, would help me with Nancy's request. Please see below for her requests:
