No. "right on" is simply a very informal way to say that you agree with someone. The meaning is "you're right", "I agree" etc.

ljswaveI can't see the tense and usage of "got" in #2 and structure of #2

Strictly speaking, it should've been

You've got a lot to look forward to.... (have got a lot to look forward to)

got is just a part of have got. It's not inflected for tense.

The meaning is exactly the same as in "You have a lot to look forward to...".
