Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them?

M: I'm sorry but I am going to leave the meeting to you.
My wife just went into labor.
F: Oh, really? Then let me worry about [ take care of ] the rest
and go to the hospital.
M: I owe you one.

M: Ah, here's a bill. I'll treat you tonight.
F: No, let's go Dutch. Dinner was 3,000 yen, so I'll pay 1,500 yen.
M: No way! I'll pay ... oh, wait. I don't have enough cash with me.
F: ... That'll be OK. If you don't, I'll buy you.
