Would you correct my English? (Dec.15)
Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you check them?
No. 1 ( M is a Japanese.)
M: Our teacher told us we have to read between the lines.
But nothing is written between the lines.
F: Don't take it literally. He meant you have to find the hidden meaning.
M: Oh, it's an idiom, isn't it? I didn't know that.
No. 2
M: May I help you?
F: Yes. I'm looking for some souvenirs from Australia [ some Australian souvenirs ].
M: Well, how about this Aboriginal people's flag. It's very popular.
F: Oh, it is very beautiful. I'll take it.
Thank you!
