Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you correct them?

M: What time is our CEO supposed to come to our office?
F: I hear he will be here at three o'clock sharp.
M: I'm not sure why he comes [will come] to our office. His visit
makes me a little nervous.

M: Hi, Olivia. Have you seen Tom around here?
F: Yeah, he just went into Mr. Hewston's room.
M: Oh, really? I don't know where it is.
F: It's the second door on the left.
