Would somebody help me with grammar & how to say more attractively?
Hi, this is Nancy of City of Quaqua, Georgia. Is this Steve Jones of Applebee's Grill Restaurant? I am calling to ask a few minutes of your time to let you know that we need an Applebee’s Grill Restaurant in the City of Powder Springs. At the town Hall meeting, our residents expressed that they want more restaurants to the City, especially the Applebee’s Grill House. We are in the vital economic development so we went out and hired a market analysis group named BuxtonIdentify Customers. After the market analysis, the data shows that you restaurant has great potential of success. We were not only based on the population, trading area, also based on company requirements for opening a new location. I know that Applebee’s Grill Restaurant refers to be in a community strip center and freestanding location, and refer mid to high-income adults and seniors. As you may not know, Powder Springs considers itself as a “bedroom community” and 30 percent of our population is ranged from 35 to 64 years age. So, I would like you to have City of Powder Springs as one of your next Applebee’s Grill expansion location. I promise you won’t regret, we are friendly community and the city is willing to work with you any possible ways.
