Would be willing to or is being willing to
Please see this question.
The tour guide ---- willing to give the guests a tour of the island resort after they check in.
(A) is being (B) have been (C) will have (D) would be
Its correct answer is "(D) would be". I thought since the meaning of "willing" is not correspond with the meaning of "would". (If there was "will be" or "is going to be", I'd would choose them.),
I've chosen (A) is being. Because the tense of "present progressive" can definitely express future.
but it is said that I'm wrong. Could you explain to me why "(A)is being" can't be another answer? Due to after clause, do I have to choose tense of future in any case ?

Son James, the way the rest of the sentence is structured the only correct answer is indeed (D)... would be willing. The word willing here means the tour guide is ready and able to give the guests a tour.

I think you may be getting this confused with the auxiliary verb will. Such as:
I will go to the store tomorrow (determined to do something)
