Here are two examples:
'My husband is such a lazy person and I'm really annoyed because of lack of money.I wish he would have more money.'
'He has no knowledge whatsoever about teaching.I wish he wou

Ah, now I see what you are talking about. Some people do this on the model of 'I wish you would shave', which is a sort of command. Your sentences, however, are simple longings for what is not to be and therefore correctly assume a subjunctive form:

My husband is such a lazy person and I'm really annoyed because of lack of money.I wish he had more money.

True, though to be more accurate, wish ... would is not used with predicates that express stative situations.
