'a window' or 'an opening'. The meaning is the same in the context you presented here. Note, however, that 'window' is not used much. 'a window in my schedule' has fewer than 100 hits when I look it up on Google, and Google usually finds hits in the millions. See also the Ngrams Viewer results at the link below.
