How would you say this?
Would you use wind even if it isn’t windy?
Feeling the wind/air as you eat on the terrace feels so good.

"Air" is OK. I might say "feeling the breeze". Wind is too strong to feel good while you're trying to eat.
Using "feel" twice like that is not the best idea, by the way.
