Wind and storm

Hi.

There are many words for winds ,rain and snow in English.

I wonder if you would be kind enough to list different kinds of storms as many as you can remember from strong to weak.

I have made a list, help me make it complete

1. hurricane

2. typhoon

3. tempest

4. squall

5. storm

6. gale

7.wind

8. breeze

I am making a list for my students about these words, it is highly appreciated if you would add any words you can think of relevant to this topic.

wind/rain/snow/thunder/ electric/hail/ ice storm

tornado:whirlwind: water spout: cyclone: twister

torrential rain: heavy rain

drizzle: fine rain

snow storm: blizzard
