Why American Learners dictionaries are published?
Publishers such as Longman, Oxford, Mcmillan, Cambridge, etc produce an American version of their English learners dictionary too.
1- why they do that?
2- why they don't do it for British?
3- what features American version has that normal version doesn't have and what features normal version has that American version doesn't have?
