Whom and Who
i need help with this sentence:
I love (NAME) whom parked cars in the parking lots.
it a wierd sentence, and it sounds wierd. Did i like, completely messed up the sentence? please help me fix it

For this to work, I think you at least need a comma after (name), otherwise it sounds like a run-on sentence.
I loved (name), who parked cars in the parking lot.
To determine who vs. whom, simply substitute 'he' for 'who' and 'him' for 'whom
