In my opinion, the sentence is framented. Either who or whom would not fix the problem. Regardless of what pronoun we use, it must represent a noun. What is that noun? I think the intention of the question is looking for the reader's decision. If that is the case, either who or whom will not fit either.

I would replace that sentence with this:

Does Obama or Huckabee's victory in Iowa influence your decision about ABC whom you support for president? (ABC = the person's name (e.g. Clinton))

Or with this:

Does Obama or Huckabee's victory in Iowa influence your choice for president?
