A. I was always there while you needed my help.
B. While I am with you, no one can discriminate you. (Meaning is like: until I am with you....)
c. He was just looking at me while I was dancing.
Are these sentences correct with 'while'?

The first is more natural with 'when'. The second is not English. 'While' does not mean 'until' except in a few northern BrE dialects.
