Which preposition should I use in the sentence: ‘of’ or ‘with’? My choice is the second one, but is it correct? Is ‘posted’ correctly used in the sentence?
My friend Marie said she had written an article entitled “An Angel’s Tears.” I told her that I had read/seen an article (of, with) the same title posted on a religious website.

I'd use "... ". If I had actually read the article and that were an important part of what I wanted to say, I would use "read".

I'd use "... had seen an article with the same title posted on a ...".
If I had actually read the article and that were an important part of what I wanted to say, I would use "read". "of the same title" is not wrong, by the way. In fact, Google Ngrams Viewer says it's used more often than "with the same title".
