Which one is the correct one?
It's possible that my interpretation is taken more out of the psychological realm then it is a true judgment".
or:

And is there a rule for that?

This is tough. I don't really like either one of them. To me, it's an issue of parallel structure. I don't believe the sentence order makes much difference.
It is more this than that.
It is more physical than spiritual.
It is more out of the psychological realm than out of the physiological realm.
