Which one is correct

I'd say that the first means that that there will be food provided while the participants take a short break

The second implies that there'll be food provided but, at the meeting table, while discussion continues

If it's a definite break, I think I'd say something like:

- We will provide lunch during the break between 1.00 and 2.00 pm

Neither appears correct to me.

You don't have lunch during the meeting.

You can say this:

Lunch will be provided after the meeting.

Or, in case the meeting continues post lunch, you can say " Lunch will be provided at the venue (meeting)."
