Which do you think vs. which you think

A. Please tell me which do you think is the correct answer.
B. Please tell me which you thnk the correct answer is.
C. Please tell me which you think is the correct answer.


D. Please tell me which do you think is correct.
E. Please tell me which you think is correct.

1. Are all versions above in use by native speakers, at least, casually?
2. I believe A and D are the direct question form, whereas B, C, and E are the indirect question form. Do you think the indirect question form is more preferred especially in formal writing?

Do you mean it's ungrammatical and, therefore, should be avoided?
Clive In formal writing, I'd use C and E.
