The structure of this sentence is somwhat confusing.
I wonder which one is correct.
1) when others are talking to you or when others are shying away from a disagreement. or
2) Wheter it's putting your two cents or it's shying away from a disagrrement.
Maybe I misundersand the usage of 'whether' here.
