Question:
Which sentences are correct?

Which sentence is the best?


Sentence1:

While I was in the US, I submitted my resumé for the graduate trainee position on 21st February.
Sentence2:

When I was in the US, I submitted my resumé for the graduate trainee position on 21st February.
Sentence3:

I submitted my resumé for the graduate trainee position on 21st February, while I was in the US.
Sentence4:

I submitted my resumé for the graduate trainee position on 21st February, when I was in the US.

I prefer while to when but you need an article before 21st. (the 21st of February or February 21st)

Dates are usually written in the following format -the 21st of February or February 21st.

21st February is wrong.
