When we place "though" and "at least"

Hello !I was wondering why we use "though" and "at least" at the end of the sentence. Is there a rule about when where we use them (at the beggining of the sentence or at the end) ?

Examples would have been useful.

However, you're probably talking about "though" at the end which means the same as "but" at the beginning.

— Bernie should be here by now.
— But he called to say he would be late. = He called to say he would be late, though.

— These plants don't need a lot of sun.
— But they need more sun than camelias. = They need more sun than camelias, though.

"at least" often means "anyway", "in any case" at the end.

— Dave's the strongest, so he'll probably remain the strongest.
— For a while, at least. = For a while, anyway. (Maybe not forever.)

— Marshall agrees with her.
— In that respect, at least. = In that respect, anyway. (Maybe not in other respects.)
