No. You can't say "I am agree".

The forms of do (do, does, did) are used in negatives and in questions.

The forms of be (am, is, are, was, were) are used with nouns, adjectives, and the -ing and -en forms of verbs:

But the forms of do are not used when the verb is a form of be:
