When I was a kid I used to play a handheld game (it's wasn't a video game). It had two buttons and there was water inside. It had two containers. The players attempts to push to disks (or, some other small objects) inside the containers by pressing those two buttons. What's that game called? Please tell me if can figure from my vague description. Thank you.

There were these little plastic rings and you had to manoeuvre them (with the water) so that they would fall on the pegs and remain in place.
