English doesn't work that way. It's very loose, and a sequence of words can have many meanings, some of which would be hard to predict. I can give you a few examples just to demonstrate the futility of this exercise.

I have to invent a scenario for this. I have been given a task that requires two people, and I have been instructed to recruit you as the other person. I call you into my office, and you ask what's up. I say "I have something to do with you."

Or, you insist that I have nothing to do with you, in other words, your life is entirely separate from mine, and I have no right to intrude. But I disagree because we work together. You say "You have nothing to do with me." I reply "I have something to do with you."

Both of those are a bit strained. I get the feeling that your ideas about the sentence involve some other meaning that isn't quite possible in English, but you would have to tell me what that is.
