What is the difference between "used to" & "am used to"??
I am not familiar to the uses of " used to" & " am used to", for example,
1) I used to play football.
2) I am used to playing football.
What is the difference?? When we will use them??

well..."used to " refers to a habit or action which was done in past regularly..but recently it is not done.
e.g.
I used to play football.(as you have given)
in case of "am used to" it is actually part of "used to + gerund" or "be+ used to " form
this implies that the activity is done so frequently that you are accustomed of that and you do it e
