What I suggest you to do is ...(?)
Hi.
The other day, I heard a municipal government clerk say to me, "What I suggest you to do is ...."
I don't think her statement is grammatically correct, even though it is perfectly understandable. I wonder whether the [suggest Obj. to V] pattern is accepted as grammatical these days.

Yes, even in BrE it would be incorrect. You'd only hear "What I suggest you do is..."
I suppose it's a subjunctive, rather than an infinitive.
