I read news through internet, I cann't get the exact meaning of belowe sentence:

She was a women no-one else could touch.

She was a police officer who was stabbed to death in front of her doorstep. Her husband said above words.

In this context the husband was complimenting her saying that she was the best policewoman (as per the first definition given).
