What does it mean when something gets you horned?

If a man is *****, he's ready for ***.

I believe it's not used to describe females, but I don't know why it shouldn't apply as well.

I never heard the expression "to get horned." Philip is right about "*****," but, at least in my part of the U.S., and in movies, etc., it is used for both men and women. Perhaps many just think it happens to men more often.
