What do you think of Chinese people?

Hello guys, i am a Chinese student who study in LA. I am in high school, 9 Grade, 15years old now. I just came here on 12.28. I studied abroad in order to make a lot of foreign friends and improve english, also learn about other countries' culture. I have a lot of friends. In addition, when i was in middle school( i studied in china) there are some exchange students came to china. They are from France, and I made friends with them and had a great time talk with them. When i came to US, i found that people here are very nice, although sometimes the cultural difference lets me make some mistakes, but i have a good relationship with foreign students. However, some Chinese students here are not very friendly. I spend more time staying with foreign students to study english, but they think that I don't like my country and just don't want to talk to me, they always go to shopping and spend a lot of money, so I don't want to go with them, but some are very nice. They just stay in their circle and only live with Chinese students. My teachers said I am the bravest Chinese student here, because I try my best to make friends with foreign students. Tell me if I am correct, and i also want to ask you guys what do you think of Chinese people, thank you.
