Can anybody tell me why question 1 is better than question 2 ?
1. "Could you tell me how you created these accounts ?"
2. "Could you tell me how did you create these accounts ?"

#2 is not a direct question, but it uses the word order for a direct question. This is an error. The word order is correct in #1.
