Warning letter
Dear all,
please can some native English or American speaker check the following text? First of of please say, if it is possible to call it: "warning letter".

Dear XX,
I spoke with my designer.
He said that all the changes are possible but if we move the columns to the same level of the kitchen wall, the lights will stick out of the stand´s area and this is not allowed by Messe´s authorities, this is not according to its regulations.
Please note that if there will be an inspection, the lights you will incur unpleasant problems, I just want to warn you so that you will be responsible for that, we don´t want to take this responsability.
You can decide to go ahead with this change but we must be sure that in case of inspection you will be the responsable person for it.
Please confirm asap if you want to proceed "

I think you translated well the point where I wrote that the lights "will stick out".....
I meant "to protrude" and I was not sure about the verb "to stick out! I have also found "to jut out" can it work?

Context is extremely important. Your original seemed like a permanent building. Regulations for permanent buildings are called "building codes."
"Protrude" is more formal and suitable for a business letter than "jut out" or "stick out."
