very small amount of rice/bit of rice

Please put very small amount of rice on the plate as just 1 hour before I ate some snacks.
Please put small bit of rice on the plate.
Please give me very little amount of rice as I can't eat much.

Please correct my sentences. Also give me a good version to express the same.
