Verbs into Nouns!!

Hi,

I am attempting to help my 10 year old son complete his literacy homework and he has to create a noun from a list verbs. We had a lot of difficulty doing this but after checking out a few webpages we think we have got the general idea. I hope!!!

I was wondering if anyone who has a much better understanding of these things would check over our answers and let me know if we are on the right track or way off the mark? We would appreciate your hepl.
