Using the word "between" in a title
I have some homework, and my school's styling rules require that all the main words in the title should be in capitals.
So my question is, is "between" a main word ? do I need to write that word in capitals?
My title is something like
What is the Difference between A b and C
thank you in advance.

"Main word" is not enough information for you to decide which words to capitalize—too vague. I guess they mean that you should not capitalize prepositions no matter how long they are. Some style guides capitalize anything longer than four letters.
