Use of the term ignorant

Can the title to a news article be ignorant? I believe that ignorant is an adjective to describe the state of a person not an object. Am I correct?

Yes, but titles or headlines do not have to be objects or nouns or even words.

No, I guess I would say that a person can be ignorant but a title cannot.

I suggest that it is the article that is ignorant, not just the title, though if the title did not represent its article well, then it would be ignorant itself.
