00Can I use a comma for the phrase 'the loving and strengthening voice' like 'the loving, strengthening voice'? Can you say the comma between adjectives can be replaced with a comma in most situations (or in all situations??) when the word 'and' is used?02br

00Do you think the comma before 'and the assurance' is placed mainly for the 'clarity' sake? So, can I say a comma can be placed in a complex sentence (more or less arbitrarily) if I feel there is a danger of misreading? 0-
