Hello Anon

"Exists" is the simple present tense, 3rd person singular. "Exist" is the form for all other persons in the simple present tense, and also the infinitive:

Present tense:

I exist
You exist
He exists
We exist
They exist

Infinitive:

To exist

e.g.

1. I exist only to eat.
2. He eats to ex

5. I am not looking forward to the day when I cease to exist.

Neither am I.

Exist is the one you want.
Exists would be incorrect.
