Unsure about the grammar

Can anyone help me with this sentence? " I am proud of the service I provide to customers and happy to see that the other customer service agents think of me as someone who excels at her job. " Thank you!

I see that you asked this question a while ago, but I'll answer just in case you still want to know.

The only thing I'd do to your sentence, as far as grammar and word choice goes, is to change "the service I provide to customers" to "the service I provide for customers". There isn't really anything wrong with using "to," but it sounds better if you use "for." "To" is used more when something is being altered (like what I wrote before: "The only thing I'd do to your sentence[...]") while "for" is used when something is being done as an assistance (like "I'll do your work for you" or "I'm working for someone else.")

Another way to get the same meaning across would be "I'm proud of the service I provide and am happy to know that my coworkers trust me to do well." You could make the sentence shorter, but you would lose some of the meaning. "I'm proud of the work I do" would still work, but if you're trying to convince someone that you are a good worker, the short sentence gives you no credibility. Not mentioning any other customer service agents means you might be the only person who likes the work you do. You might actually do a very sloppy job, but because it meets your standards, you're proud of the work you did.

Basically, any changes depend on what you would use the sentence for. If you want to tell someone that you are a good worker, you would mention the other employees. If you want to tell someone that you're happy with the work you do, just keep it simple.
