The development of national dynamics, in a sense, was supported by the stock of ideas, perceptions, justifications and institutional apparatuses available and designed, which were formulated by the relevant actors in melee by the power struggle and a certain vision of the imagined community . The two nations are examples of the resulting crisis of the colonial system of the mercantilist era, and also to respond to different temporal junctures, and present cultures, mentalities and different trajectories are specimens of the same common core which is the Western thought. Were involved and also by a set of decisions and choices, in turn, constrained to some extent, by the objective constraints.
