Understand a word in a Sentence
hello everyone!
Here is my question, would somebody please share the answer with me?
Appreciate a lot!
The school which she is head of is closing.
What does the head mean in here?
the top of something, which means it is a noun? In that case, I reckon there should be a "the" before head,
Or
maybe it is verb? but there is a "is" before head, so it seems wrong to say it is a verb.
Then what it is? what is the meaning in here?
