Hi, The above sentence. Even if it is grammatical, how does the the underlined part sound to native's ears? To my non-native ears, itI feels a little awkward, because the former part "easy listening to jazz" and the latter part "classical music" don't seem to be well organized. It sounds a little off balance.

Hi, Yes, from A to B and C does sound a little jarring. But note the writer goes on to say that he sees B and C as closely related, ie (B and C).. Clive
