Typical but difficult to understand when first encountered

Question

Good morning to all my teachers and friends on the forum,

In movies, I usually hear these sentences, but the sad thing is that I don't understand their meanings. I do try to interpret but fail.
Here are the sentence; would you please tell me what they mean?

a) So, there you go
b) There goes the last bell
c) Here he comes!
d) There he goes!
e) Look who's here!
f) go for it.

Also, I have noticed that there is often/ usually a note of exclamation (!) at the end of these sentences. Do they denote an excitement or a surprise?

a) There you go can mean this thing I'm giving you is what you wanted
Joe- Do you want some coffee?
Tom- Yes, please.
Joe- (handing Tom a cup) There you go.

or Yes! You understand it!

or This is how it is, it can't be changed so we must accept it.
"We were disappointed to lose in the final, but there you go. We'll be back next year."

b) There goes the last bell. I don't know. Perhaps a reference to the final round in a boxing match?
c) Here he comes! The person we were expecting (or talking about) is about to arrive.
d) There he goes! The person we expected to see doing something is in sight doing it.
e) Look who's here! Said when someone arrives whom we are surprised to see.
f) Go for it! Try to do it or Take the opportunity.
-Should I run for mayor? -Go for it!
