Two questions with "which are the feel-good hormones" and "Away you go"?
I have two questions in the following passage:
SHIRLEY HICKS: It makes you feel better. It gets the endorphins moving which are the feel-good hormones. It boosts your immune system, it's a really good aerobic workout and we know three seconds of laughter is equal to about 10 minutes on a rowing machine.
PETER HARVEY: Shirley Hicks teaches people how to laugh, hundreds of them, and anyone can learn, even cynical old journos like me.
SHIRLEY HICKS: So now, why don't we just laugh for no reason?
PETER HARVEY: Okay. Alright.
SHIRLEY HICKS: You can follow me.
PETER HARVEY: Alright. Away you go. I'm feeling better already.
