This book is about the future of wealth, visible and invisible—a revolutionary form of wealth that will redesign our lives, our companies and the world in the years now speeding toward us.
------------>not quite understand "in the years now speeding toward us." Could anybody rewrite it?
2.
Russia formally recognized the breakaway Georgian territories at the heart of its war with Georgia on Tuesday, heightening tensions with the West as the United States dispatched a military ship bearing aid to a port city still patrolled by Russian troops.
----------->The war is over, why use "at the heart of its war with Georgia",and what exact meaning is "at the heart of" in this sentence?
